This weekend Moscow celebrate one of the brightest and most colorful events the coming autumn - the day of the city.

During this weekend Moscow will celebrate the main events of the city. At this time at the capital are being prepared all festive illuminations, ornate banners and flags. In total, in the city will be placed 23 decorative signs and 1800 greeting posters, and on video screens placed in various parts of Moscow, will be broadcasted special videos dedicated greetings

By the time of the day of the city in Moscow will be completed all work on the improvement and beautification of the city. Today's celebrations, which in previous years traditionally started in front of the City Hall on the Tverskaya Street, will begin at the Red Square - the main attraction of the Russian capital.

Especially for visitors and residents of the capital, Moscow authorities have prepared more than 700 different activities, where will take part more than 2500 artists.

Part of the celebration of the city of Moscow will be a festival of military-historical reconstruction, which program will include the reconstruction of some of the most famous battles in the Russian history.
