In the Moscow area will appear a modern active recreation center and 5 cottage townships. The complex is named Zorino. Information portal www.rian.ru reports that the main developer of the new center will be “Vector Investments” company.

Total planned area of the new recreation center is 125 hectares. The complex is located in Istra Valley, 50 kilometers from Moscow, near the village of Zorino.

Townships will be united by one concept, which offers tours and accommodation in Moscow area for people who appreciate healthy lifestyle. The names of settlements are also connected with this theme: ZORINO Sport Village, ZORINO Active Resort, ZORINO Green, ZORINO Park and ZORINO Club.

In addition to houses and cottages in the center of ZORINO will be located rink, ski track and snowmobiles road. Also in ZORINO will opened rental center of sporting equipment and sports equipment store.

Istra region is popular among residents of Moscow in winter. There are located numerous camp sites and a number of ski centers.

“Vector Investments” is one of the largest companies acting as real estate developers in the Moscow area. Company today owns in total 1,700 hectares of Istra Valley territory. In Istra Valley “Vector Investments” is actively engaged in construction of “Forest pier” and “Shelestovo” settlements. The project on construction of houses under the Istra was launched in April 2010. The company plans to implement construction projects in the region until at least 2016.

In addition to the Istra Valley “Vector Investments” is also realizing projects in Zvenigorod and Saburovo.
